Good Example!!!

Was scheduled to be attached to STB (Singapore Tourism Board) today so I went to work despite the fact that I'm supposed to be on leave, and resting at home...

Started work at 9am and all I need to do there is practically staring at people.

Was even given a long lunch break of more than 2hours!!!!
*Went shopping at Tanglin mall after lunch...

At around 5pm, I was told that I can leave for the day???!!!!

SHIOK AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 2nd place where I stayed the longest other than office!
*Indeed the tourism board...

COOL???

Everyone has this problem - Letterings on the keyboard are fading off..

Wasnt feeling very well the past few days...

This bloated feeling and constant heartburns are really killing me, finally breaking me into tears throughout the entire Sunday night!

Went to the doctor on Monday to realise its NOT just gastrics but Acid Reflux.
*Acid in the stomach flowing upwards instead of downwards!

To think I just recovered from bladder infection, what the...

Anyway, went to BP plaza with my mum for lunch, we saw this lion dance performance.

Recalling Eric saying that he might be performing nearby, I immediately start to wonder if he's in there...

Seldom have any chance to see 2 lions standing instead of one...

You're supposed to see 4 digits from these??? I'M BLIND!!!

Its so noisy that I asked my mum to leave before MORE comes...

We headed towards the carpark where we saw the lion dance troupe and there, I recognised this familiar face - ERIC!!!!

He looks really busy and tired so we didnt talk much.

Behind the scene's joke;

There is this vegetable that's hung on the wall for the lion to chewed on as part of the performance.

But, because both Eric and the one carrying him wasn't tall enough, they last minute changed the plan by getting the other lion to take the vegetable instead!!!

Therefore, the reason why 2 lions are standing instead of one is because they are trying to see which lion can reach for the vegetable!!!!

I've to say, its seriously TOO HIGH le la!!!! Hahahahaha....

Now I know why that man keeps staring at Eric when he's being carried on top!
*Hahahaha!!!! So funny!!!!

Lucky Trio, Lucky Me!

Every year during Chinese New Year, on top of the normal Ang Pow giving, our family will actually play games where we KIDS will receive bonus ang pows.

This year, other than the as-usual-lucky-draw kinda game, we have 2 extra chances to draw more money!

1st Part;

What we REALLY CARE!!!!

In order to participate, you've to first fork out 2bucks to buy a chocolate from my mum whereby you can find a number inside it, which returns you an amount of money ranging from $2 to $50...

Anyone who picked a $2 pack may return to buy chocolate till you get one which is more or equivalent to $10. *This game sucks as I wasnt able to participate...

2ndly, its teasure hunt suggested by my very-clever aunt...
*I decided NOT to post any pictures because its TOTAL CHAOS in there!!!!

Initially, only those below 10 were allowed to go in and thus, the rest of us were standing outside wishing that noone could find the one with 50bucks! Hahahaha...

When we were all let in, all of us found ang pows in no time except for Joe, who were whining in sweat that she couldnt find till they relocate the ang pow for her!*She was the last to find the ang pow but she got the 50bucks!!!!!!*Jealous jealous*

Lastly, we were to get ourselves into teams of the males and the females!

I'm not biased but its just too hard to get the guys to just STAND STILL!!!!!!

The winner team gets to choose from a pack of ang pows again ranging from 10 to 50bucks!

Throughout the whole night, we have a total of 3 winners and they are....

Yesterday was indeed a long day.

Traffic seemed to have gone a little bonker, causing me to reach home using 2hours time!

Thats not all.

Spent the whole night on phone - First with Qiqi then with Yanyan.

All because of one silly message started by the silly girl - Elaine.

Arghhh, I shall NOT go into it.

Went online for awhile to talk to my 18years friend Luke when the other 18years friend Eric called. *Should be 19years le...

Chatted for just awhile since we were both tired and sleepy.

Thought of sleeping early so that I can wake up earlier in the morning to run some errands for my boss.

Yeah, its just a thought.
Smses from Jay started from 12+am onwards ALL THE WAY to 5am when he appears at my door with a rose being hidden behind.

It was meant to be a surprise but sad to say, I'm just too clever!

Despite the fact that I already saw the rose, I pretend to not see and at the same time wondering how would he presents it to me!!!

Now I understand why LOVE IS BLIND!!!!
*You just have to be blind at times...

Not just blind, you need to have good acting skills as well!

Alright, the DAY is here.

Have been getting sms greetings since 12AM not to mention Charles, who called at 11.40pm saying he would want to spend the very 1st minute of Valentine's Day with me...
*Isnt that sweet despite the fact that we put down the phone at 12.05am.

Spending my advanced celebration with Jay with all the surprises he gave me, I feel really blessed this Valentine's.

NO NO, don't ask me! I'm NOT going to tell you what he did!
*Since its a surprise meant for me and only me, its not going to be shared...

The only thing I can say is 'I'm REALLY happy, REALLY touched, I feel like a princess...'

As usual, I'm on my 8.30am to 5.30pm shift.
Lights will be off at 10pm.

Therefore, I'll only be available for 4.5hours but...

I have 7 invitations!

Should I be happy? Don't think so.

Up till today, there are already 5 guys confessing their interests in me and the only thing I can think of?

Valentine's coming, they just need a date.

Tired Is The Word.

Bwahahahaha!!!!!

I'm in office blogging using my colleague's pc.

Went town yesterday to meet up with you-know-who-you-are.
*Identity undisclosed to prevent commotions.

Ever since work starts, the amount of time staying outside is expected to decrease.
We merely had a short chat in Taka's Mos Burger before we headed home.

Reaching home at 9pm, I'm practically so tired to do anything, only to manage finish blogging with my eyes half closed.

Got on bed at around 10+pm then to receive sms from Jay who was happily enjoying himself at St.James Power Station since 8pm! *Isnt it TOO EARLY to drink???

Anyway, we exchanged smses till 11.30pm before he decides to call me, asking me to wait for him while he gets a cab to come to my place??!!!

Well, half hour was my intended limit given but he merely shows his face at almost 1AM!!!!!

Enough said about this sense of punctuality of men.

We merely had a late night or rather, the SUPER DUPER early walk downstair before he walks me to my doorstep and catches a cab home.

It was 2am by then.

Sms did not STOP coming in when I decide to have selective hearing!

Throughout the night was peaceful and quiet till 6am when my alarm went off!

Calls and Smses start from 6.30am onwards till NOW!!!!!

Tired is the word.

Its 1.30pm now.

5 hrs and 30mins left before I officially knock off when the meeting STARTS!!??

I anticipate that the meeting will end at around 9pm?
Still praying that noone would say anything about coming tomorrow so that I can ASSUME that I dont have to.

I need sleep.

Tough Job Huh?

Started work yesterday.

Was arranged to be seated in a ROW of male colleagues while they prepare my desk and so on... *More like throwing a banana into a bunch of monkeys!

In order to survive in this very-unique environment, I MUST possess the following;

- High Tolerance Level
Listen to craps and laugh to jokes

- Strong Communication Skill
Chit chat with colleagues

- Efficiency
Replying all my SMSes immediately

- Responsible
Reached/leave office and taking lunch breaks ON THE DOT

- Consistency
Visit washroom every 1hour or so

- Flexible
Take over colleagues' PCs to MSN whenever there are chances

In short, 'Sit Back, Relax and Enjoy!'

Hai.. Have been rotting for so long that I experience sleeping problems.

Can't sleep at night, can't wake up in the morning...

ARGHHHH!!!!!!!!

I'm so tired now and tomorrow's going to be a LONG day...
*Tight schedule!

Gotta wake up at 7am, go for medical checkup at 8.30am, reached office at 10am and meeting at 7PM... *I'm intending to take cab home tomorrow le.. Cos I still have training on Sat!!!

P/S: All my dear friends, thanks for all the care and concerns that you people gave me, causing my Handphone to be low batt and totally dead even before lunchtime. :)

No More Holiday...

I'm starting work on coming Wednesday as IT Helpdesk Engineer @ HP.

5.5days per week, staggered 8hours shift of either

~ 7.30am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm

My holiday has ended...

But,

MONEY IS COMING!!!!!!!!
