Finally gotten the tickets and thanks god, we were just in time!

I have to admit that I thought this show is going to be another plain-play-stupid show but it turned out the other way!

It's Di's off day again!

Went BHG @Bugis to look for his Motorbike model.
Hmm not much luck.

Then we went arcade to play basketball.
He insists that we should play a small bet on who will win.
I've never won in any bet with him and of course, I declined!

Guess what?
I WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A total of 57 points!!!!
Bwhahahahahaha SO MY DAY!!!!

Then he wanted to get a pair of slippers so I suggested to look for it at Bugis Village instead.
And so we went.
Hmm not much luck either.

Ended up watching Never Back Down.
Not a bad show but air con is too strong for me that I spent half of the time trying to find a good position to keep myself warm.

When we were out, we saw Soda Green performing!
Was surprised to see the lead singer looking abit old...
Must be the hair colour, I thought.

Went over to Di's place to watch VCD before I went home.

Tomorrow's another boring day.

So Hot...

I knew something is so-not-right since yesterday.

Woke up with a cannot-be-any-worser kinda sore throat where I so want to cry whenever I tried to swallow my saliva or whatever.

To add on to my misery, my head was aching like hell!
Things seem to be spinning all over the place...

I could not remember exactly what happened throughout the whole day.
Slept, woke up, fell asleep, woke up, doze off, woke up and...
FEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dragged myself up to look for a thermometer and to remember that the only 2 I had were low batt-ed!

No choice and I went back to sleep after popping a panadol.
Surprisingly, the painkiller didnt kill any pain this time.

Forced myself to swallow 2 spoonfuls of porridge and then again, I popped in another panadol and went back to zzzz...

2 hours later...

Nope, its not working and it kinda worsen during the night.
I was so HOT that I have to keep wetting my whole body every now and then to cool myself down.

The fever and sore throat dragged through the night and I couldnt really get into deep sleep for complete relaxation!

Woke up at 7am when my mum found me even hotter than yesterday, she cooked me some porridge so that I can take medicine.

Again, forced myself to swallow another 2 spoonfuls and then, the PAINKILLER.
Zzzzz...

After nth hours of sleep, the fever finally went off.
BUT, it didnt take the sore throat along!

Damned!
I want ice cream...

My Panda...

Have been yearning to watch Kungfu Panda so badly ever since Bei watched last Sat.

So, together with Di, we went to Tiong Bahru Plaza for our steamboat dinner and followed by Kungfu Panda!

The show is really really hilarious except that I'm so disturbed by my coughings started suddenly. I was practically coughing every now and then throughout the show!
ARGH!!!

What can be worst than having stomachache in the mid of the show that I've to run to the washroom, and missed at least 10minutes of the laughings!

Despite the fact that Di tried to explain to me what happened during my absence, I'm still so angry with myself, my stomach to be exact.
气死我了!!!

胸大也有脑

Have been out of job for quite awhile - a week to be exact.
Sent out tons of emails attaching my resume but not many replied.

Finally receiving a call last Friday, and was relieved that I was being shortlisted for an interview at NCS on 9th June, which is today.

Not wanting to be late, I arrived 20minutes earlier, which is SO NOT ME!!!

Waited quite awhile at the lobby when this guy, Andy(If I didnt get him wrong) came up to me and asked,"Are you Christina?"

I was surprised that a man turned up instead when I asked for Karen, which obviously belongs to a lady's name, I acknowledged myself seconds later and followed him into a small meeting room.

Was wondering how did he recognise me out of all those people waiting at the same area?
Or did he just go around ti gum ti gum(guessing) only?

In there, he didnt really asks me much questions but rather, he keeps emphasizing that they have attractive incentives, interesting events especially on Christmas and so on... -.-"'

We chatted for almost 35minutes in there and obviously, he was rather glad with me listening to all his promotions without much questions raised!

Somehow or rather, I told myself that I wouldnt be surprised if I'm accepted and so-unsurprisingly, I received a call from my agency just a few hours later informing me that the interviewer was happy with the interview, and seems keen to accept me.

Everything will more or less be confirmed by tomorrow.
Pray hard.

P.S: "How can that be so easy? Was that a guy who interviewed you? What did you wear for that interview? Must be some killing clothes again.."
Excuse me, all my dear friends, I'm not just any 胸大无脑 homosapiens ok?!!

Cute Fish F(D)ish?!

Eversince I started reading P.S. I Love You, I got so engrossed and stucked in the story of Holly & Gerry.

I read and read and continue reading till late night, and continued reading once I open my eyes the other morning, then noontime and it went on and on, till I suddenly remember my appointment with Adeline @Bishan.

Eileen happened to call while I was preparing and so, I asked her along.

So here we are at Bishan where I had planned to recommend them my favourite black pepper fish. Glad that they liked it too!

Had a not-very-short chat and lotsa laughings over the 'stupidity' topic, we head back to the mall for some shopping.

Nothing much except for Eileen trying on a few tops which are definitely overpriced, that we thought that she should give them a miss and so, we went on to the next shop.

I always thought there are so much to shop at Junction 8 but I was definitely wrong.

We went home earlier than expected and of cos, we didnt forget to SNAP SNAP!!!

Here we are...
