Ingredient : 1 egg, 1/2 tspn chicken stock, 1/2 tspn light soy sauce, pinch of pepper, some warm water
Filling : 1 mushroom(Soak till soft), 1 crabstick(halved), few diced chicken(marinate with light soy sauce and pepper
1. Prepare the steamer over simmering water
2. Put all fillings into a small bowl/cup, side aside
3. Beat the egg
4. Stir chicken stock in some warm water and pour into the egg
5. Add in light soy sauce, pepper and stir
6. Add in more warm water till the mixture doubled in volume
7. Sift the mixture and pour into the bowl
8. Put the bowl into the steamer and steam for around 10minutes
