Breathe...

Its 3.48am in the morning now.

Just finished my boxing practice - Had a real good sweat...

The best things to do when you're stucked in some kinda tangled thoughts;

1. Practise boxing, hit like never before, feel the sweat rolling down your body and esp, face.

2. Have a nice warm shower and listen quietly to the water splashing upon your head.

3. Listen to some soothing musics on the bed, under the fan while waiting for your hair to dry.

4. Breathe and slowly let yourself go, let everything go.

For just one moment, enjoy like what you alway wanted to be.

No works, no worries, no arguements, no back-stabbings, no politics...

Just a refreshed, relaxed you in a small little quiet world of your own....

Try it! It works for me while things suck, big time...
